Refund policy

At Fold Studio, we host a community of independent designers. This means each order is fulfilled by the Named Seller, and all returns are handled directly by that seller. Fold Studio acts only as the marketplace platform.

30‑Day Return Window
You have 7 days from receiving your item to request a return with the Named Seller.

To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused  
- In its original condition  
- In original packaging

How to Start a Return
To begin a return, login to your Fold Studio Account, find the relevant order and select the request a return button. Complete the details required and submit to the named seller. 
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect items
If your items arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please login to your Fold Studio Account, find the relevant order and select the request a return button. Complete the details required and submit to the named seller for them to resolve. 

Non‑Returnable Items
- Some custom or personalised items 
- Some sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, the Named Seller can confirm.

Refunds
Once the Named Seller receives and inspects your returned item, they will notify you of approval or rejection.  
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact the Named Seller for an update.
