What is the returns process?

You can return your order items for a full refund (excluding freight), as long as you send the items back within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Please include your original invoice, your items in original condition and all packaging. Please refer to our returns policy for more details.

Where do you deliver to?

Fold Studio delivers globally. We are a central platform for brands across the globe, so orders placed with brands oversees may be subject to customs charges, which are outside of our control and your responsibility to pay. 

How long does shipping take?

This depends on the brand you purchase from and where they are located relative to you. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days unless you pre-order an item. Any pre-orders have a lead time of 8-10 weeks for printing then they will be sent out for delivery. Please email us at hello@foldstudioscarves.com for any queries regarding an outstanding order.
