Each product is sold, fulfilled, and supported by the Named Seller, not Fold Studio, apart from items from Fold Collection. By using this website, you agree to the following Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale.

All creative content is provided by the Named Sellers, who retain ownership and are fully responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use it.
Any copyright or intellectual‑property breaches are the responsibility of the Named Seller.
Fold Studio reserves the right to remove any images breaching copyright laws.

Product availability is determined by the Named Seller. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, you will be notified by email.

Conditions of Sale

Fold Studio is the marketplace facilitator. When you purchase an item, your contract is with the Named Seller, who is responsible for:
- Order fulfilment
- Returns and refunds
- VAT and tax compliance  
- Copyright/IP compliance  
Fold Studio is only the Named Seller for items from Fold Collection 

2.1 Payment
All items must be paid for in full before dispatch.

2.2 Shipping
Your order will be shipped directly by the Named Seller. A dispatch confirmation will be emailed once your order has been sent.

2.3 Returns
Returns are handled exclusively by the Named Seller. Please follow the return instructions provided in your order confirmation.

2.4 Return Shipping
Follow the returns process by your named seller.

2.5 Refunds
Refunds are issued by the Named Seller once the returned scarf has been inspected and approved.

2.6 Gift Cards
Gift cards are non‑refundable.
